Theresia, a native of Kenya and a recipient of the 2008 Boise magazine Women of the Year Award, has over 20 years of experience working in the field of Early Care and Education. She owned and operated a group child care in Wyoming, taught at FCF Head start, directed Hillview Preschool, developed and directed the Training in Manila Envelope program that was designed to assist teachers and professionals serving children with special needs as an employee of Easter Seals and directed the Growing Place Child Development Center prior to becoming the owner and director of Born to Succeed. Theresia has a BA in Education from the University of Wyoming and a Masters degree in Early Childhood from BSU.
